This removes the parallelism of the tests and make the PR checking way slower so I'm not in favor of this solution. |

Yes, 1 hour is quite long. Could we just revert this before this change: b983fd4 it was running 20 mins, with an acceptable parallelism. Can take a look tomorrow. |
