Publish @inlang/paraglide-js 2.6.0 adding LocalizedString and optional-chained inputs, with changelog/version updates and cleanup of changesets.

• @inlang/paraglide-js 2.6.0:
  • Add LocalizedString branded type; message functions now return LocalizedString for compile-time safety.
  • Add optional chaining to compiled message inputs to avoid runtime throws when inputs are missing.
• Changelog/Release:
  • Update inlang/packages/paraglide/paraglide-js/CHANGELOG.md and bump package.json version to 2.6.0.
  • Remove processed changesets and adjust /.changeset/incremental-lix-sync.md (drop @inlang/paraglide-js entry).
