@dependabot, this is a bump to major Tomcat version so it would be desirable to take a look at whether we can stay on Tomcat 10 for Docker. Otherwise, I'd have to do a bit of testing for you to make sure all is sound.

This is not going to work. webapp explicitly checks the Tomcat version to be 10.x:
