This commit adds comprehensive Kubernetes-based end-to-end testing support for ORAS. GitHub Actions workflow for automated KinD-based testing This maintains compatibility with existing Docker-based e2e tests while adding a more realistic Kubernetes-based testing environment. The default make target includes lint which requires golangci-lint, which is not installed in the Docker image. Use the specific build target instead since linting runs separately in CI. Signed-off-by: Terry Howe <terrylhowe@gmail.com>
