- comment visibility synced to playback time
- initially tried setting current player time in context, but this led to flickering caused by re-rendering the layout every update -- resolved by creating a useRef in layout, and passing props directly up from player and down into other components
- fixed player re-rendering bug requiring adding a key to VideoJS player component
- moved offsetPadding to useSortedCandidates and added startTimestamp / endTimestamp to candidate object
