I see only 5 phases listed here, yet also see six-step process. Did you forget to add "Document Linking"?

LGTM. The entries are listed in alphabetic order within each section. Any chance you can move these new ones accordingly? If not I'll just do so myself before merging. Also please add your name to the acknowledgment section at the bottom of the document! |

There are no VEX standards in the document for now, so if you are adding OpenVex, it would be a good idea to add all other relevant ones like CSAF
