Function useGoogleCharts takes loadCallback: Function, props: google.LoadOptions and optional version: string | number.

• loadCallback - function without arguments and void result.
• LoadOptions - defined in @types/google.visualization, e.g. { 'packages':['geochart'], }.
• version - 'current' if not specified.
