👋 Hi all, Pretty new here and trying to get oriented with the inter-workings of this project and documentation. I am interested in authoring EML (Ecological Metadata Language) XML documents with LinkML, to help automate our data publishing pipeline and make the EML update process collaborative. I see this recent PR that looks relevant linkml/schema-automator#153, but can anyone help me understand if this is possible at the moment with this PR? Thanks! |

The schema-automator package helps to create linkML models/schemas based on data or schemas in other schema languages (the PR adds support for XSD). For exporting to xml, you would need a generator. Such generator does not exist yet as far as I know (relevant issue #2498). |

Hi there! Eml is an interesting case because it’s both a schema for
environmental datasets (but largely generic) plus a sql like metamodel
where you can definite data dictionaries specific for your dataset. There
are some issues / discussions on this let me look for them…
