Fixes that restore context/nesting lost by programmatic edits: 1) restore correct indentation for code fences and code blocks 2) re-dedent admonition content 3) correct and add anchor link(s). This PR contains only doc fixes to and a smalldoc formatting changes. Tested: mkdocs build + site backtick checker returns OK locally.
