- Consolidated 411 lines of mixed content into 240 lines of organized documentation
- Created tool overview table with links to dedicated documentation
- Removed duplicate content about fasterdata (now links to canonical page)
- Added clear sections for each tool category: Host Tuning, Multi-NIC, LS Registration, Auto-Enrollment, Installation, Container Management
- Improved quick-start examples for each tool
- Enhanced navigation with support resources and contact information
- Archived old README as README-old.md for reference
