- Add perfSONAR-auto-update.sh v1.0.0: uses podman image inspect --format
'{{.Id}}' before/after pull to detect new layers; handles stale-container
edge case where image was pre-pulled before timer fired
- install-systemd-units.sh v1.1.0: add --auto-update flag; SKIP_SERVICE_UNITS
guard prevents overwriting existing perfsonar-testpoint.service on live hosts;
installs perfsonar-auto-update.service + .timer (daily 03:00, +1h random)
- install_tools_scripts.sh v1.0.2: add perfSONAR-auto-update.sh to download list
- perfSONAR-orchestrator.sh v1.0.3: step_auto_update_compose delegates to
install-systemd-units.sh --auto-update instead of broken inline heredoc
- docs: rewrite Step 7.4 to use single install-systemd-units.sh --auto-update
command; add --auto-update troubleshooting section
