- Add CI workflow (GitHub Actions: build + test for .NET 8)
- Add issue templates (bug report, feature request)
- Add CONTRIBUTING.md with dev setup and coding guidelines
- Add .env.example with SDK config template
- Update README: badges, quick start examples, link to CONTRIBUTING
- Update .gitignore: ignore .env, settings.local.json; allow .env.example
