This adds the Grow and Deflate mods, which expands/shrinks hit objects during their fade in animation.

Due to similarity in gameplay behavior, I decided to group them into one PR. Of note, the maximum initial scale of Deflate is set to 10 as circle sizes are already big enough.

Current blockers:

  • Slider body looks odd (too fat or too slim) when scaled
  • Hit judgement area does not account for current scale (needs verification)
