I think we discussed about it many years ago (I think during JuMP-dev in Chile). You were asking me if there was a way to aggregate the bounds constraints into a single conic one as that would be more efficient for COSMO but at that moment we didn't.
Many years later, we actually have everything needed to greatly simplify the MOI wrapper 🎉
As I've heard people taking inspiration from this MOI wrapper to write new ones, I think it's worth simplifying it even though it's already working.
