@davepacheco this is rough, and it's a breaking change (which seems fine to me), but I wanted to get a smell check from you before proceeding. In particular this changes
HttpServerStarter::newto be infallible and::startto return a Result. In my mind this makesHttpServerStartermore "builder-like" andstartmore "build-like", but... I may have wandered into the weeds...
