The only thing I might improve is that the description doesn't make clear what it means to add an API version or when it might be required. In theory, CC is supposed to use the description to decide when to use the skill, even if it's not invoked explicitly. So for example, if somebody describes what they're doing as "I wanna add an API endpoint" or "I wanna modify an API endpoint", I think you want the description to have enough detail to allow Claude to figure out that this skill is going to be relevant to that task.
