On mobile devices the library view can be hard to browse as the tab content can be very small. This PR introduces a collapsed and expanded state for the overview (above the tabs).

There is a small button on the top right in the expanded view, it can be used to trigger the transition. A swipe up also works. Clicking onto the minimal topbar expands it again.
This PR is based on #232 which should be merged first ;)
