i think i had the wrong deps, now it should be correct now, having added the dev package and the lib itself (i have both, but cannot use them as a lot of things on my system use those packages, witch makes finding witch one actually works much harder) |

As title says, only adds support for software h264 encoding. This allows you tom be able to encode h264 with too much trouble in REAPER.
