in an ideal world, we would have had a renovate PR that updates the lockfile version of json, not sure why we aren't getting them 🤔
This causes the docker build to fail, as we build with extensions and install a fixed version, then install later in an environment without out the ruby build system, so need our lockfile aligned with the latest version that we build in the earlier step
