Hi there! This pull request refines the introduction of the README.md file to make it more clear, professional, and accessible for new Students. The goal is to help newcomers quickly understand the purpose and importance of Project NANDA.

• "What Is Project NANDA?": Rewrote the definition and description to be more concise and immediately understandable.
• "Why It Matters": Restructured this section into a powerful introductory statement followed by a clear, bulleted list of the project's core benefits (Interoperability, Discovery, and Trust).
