Oh great, tensorflow doesn't have Python 3.13 packages on conda-forge yet either - conda-forge/tensorflow-feedstock#409. PyPI has 3.13 wheels now though - https://pypi.org/project/tensorflow/2.21.0/#files, so hopefully not too long a wait. |
