Remove dist folder

Removes compiled files from version control as they should be built during deployment.

Changes:

• Removes dist/ folder from git tracking
• Adds dist/ to .gitignore

Closes #43

Note: Contributors should follow the contributing guidelines to set up a local build after this change.

We wont' remove dist from github yet. This will be something in the future though, once we are off next and we've fixed the hole I put us in.

For now, I'm not including a dist build in any pull request. This can be handled on your end when you want to publish a new version.
