This PR includes the ability to remove users from a journey.

@pushchris, could you please review this PR? I’ve updated the DELETE /journey/:id/:user endpoint to allow users to be deleted regardless of whether the entrance_id is set. I didn’t notice this endpoint being used anywhere else in the application.

Does it make sense to set the type to completed? Is it possible to set the type to exited?
