This PR adds support for running a jsonrpc client in webassembly, communicating with a server via http.
The relevant crates all compile to webassembly without any further modification.
I'm not sure if it makes sense to add this transport directly to this library, but from what I saw right now it's not possible to create custom transports due to #667.
