General prototype of 4-level business hierarchy CMS

Prerequisities:

            1.) Install sql-server and create our database with `.sql` script in `SqlScripts` folder
            
            2.) Copy your database connection-string to `business_hierarchy_smc/appsettings.json`
            
            3.) Run web api project and test its endpoints with swagger (for CMS) and ChilliCream Graphql (for queries)
