INTRODUCTION
------------
This application's main focus is to tell the user why his/her computer
is slow. By showing the user statistics, graphs, and data about all
the resources and how much is in use while running the program.

REQUIREMENTS
------------
* Windows 7

INSTALLATION
------------
The installer will be available when the application comes to the 
beta stage.

CONFIGURATION

To configure WIMCS, open the application and choose "Edit" -> 
"Preferences".
