Finally, a release

I was a little startled to find that I hadn't done a proper release for the handlebars engine, so here it is! Better late than never.

I feel better than ever about going 1.0 with it, since it's now been battle-tested at several organizations with very large pattern trees, and it's seen some great work on edge cases and advanced features by @teehemkay and @T-BriX.

In fact, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Handlebars as the go-to templating engine for major pattern libraries. Enjoy!
