Misc bug fixes for the cli, live examples, and prop/css tables

• fix(cli): ensure that files actually exist before converting to mdx closes MD to MDX conversion doesn't ensure that a file exists before it attempts to transform it #113
• fix(cli): prevent mdx conversion race conditions by making it async closes Internal MD to MDX conversion has race condition related issues #111
