• fix: cli http port option, typings

Notes

• cli arg for port failed to actually pass port back through, this corrects the issue
  • related Review moving to using a CLI package for option parsing after tooling plugin updates #38
• minor typing name collision with nodejs around using the Session type, moved to using App prefix, AppSession. only affects IDE inference, the typing itself was valid
