Add localized strings for the version reset title and message. Introduce a `showResetConfirmation` state in `DebugMenuView` to present an alert after resetting the app version. Refactor labeled content in `DebugMenuView` and `AppVersionView` to always display a label, using optional binding for the value and falling back to “none” when data is missing. These changes provide clearer user feedback, ensure consistent UI layout, and improve internationalization support.
