Scicat v4 no longer supports LDAP authentication. This commit also makes the error message clearer when authentication fails.

Adds a better error message for authentication failures with
--user. One major source of such errors is using a personal account with--user, since LDAP is not supported with scicat v4. While we can't differentiate functional accounts from PSI usernames, this adds a warning about that upon auth failures. The--helpmessage also reflects the meaning of--userbetter.This "fixes" #191, which seems to have actually just been an authentication error.
