Auto thresholds for each channel separately

Currently we:

• Use the same percentile and multiplier in find spots to find the threshold for every round and channel.

Issue:

• Some channels have a much higher signal to noise ratio and would do better with a lower multiplier.

Solution:

• Use a channel specific percentile and multiplier.
