This aims at solving issue #16 . The added scripts require local admin rights. The new Windows native docker support may solve this limit.
Attempting to install build tools locally (
--installPath c:/vs2017) without admin rights results in an exit code 138 from the installer.Using
/mspeeds up msbuild but conflicts with HP Fortify's sourceanalyzer.
