…ions to `build-docs.ps1`. I've added a step to show the contents of the output directory (`./artifacts/gh-pages`) after the build, and I've temporarily reverted the BasePath to "/" to help isolate the issue. This should help us verify if the `index.html` and other assets are being generated correctly.
