K8SPSMDB-1160 Disable PVC resize in the cr.yaml example

CHANGE DESCRIPTION

Problem:
PVC resize is now disabled by default, but enableVolumeExpansion option in cr.yaml is commented, but true

Cause:
Our deploy/cr.yaml contains default values, when applicable.

Solution:
We need to set the appropriate option example to false, to keep uniformity.
