New functionality

• Configure script now allows using the ticket value instead of password when installing and configuring the extension.

Bugs fixed

• P4 command errors are now logged to the extension log again, after the fix for the stale ticket issue had hidden these errors.

Other changes

• The extension is now referred to as the P4 Authentication Extension. The name of the extension within P4 Server remains the same for backward compatibility.
• Remove support for Ubuntu 20.04.
