Add dotnet-yamlify support

This pull request adds support for the dotnet-yamlify implementation across the relevant configuration and view files. The main changes are the registration of new event and JSON formats for dotnet-yamlify and the specification of their supported features.

Support for new implementation:

• Registered dotnet-yamlify.event and dotnet-yamlify.json in the views.txt file to include them in the set of recognized formats.

Feature specification:

• Added an entry for dotnet-yamlify.json in the ni.yaml file, specifying support for local-tag and unknown-tag features.
