Fixing two issues that are addressed here pestphp/pest#789:
--watchdoes not show colors.When
fswatchis not installed, the condition insidecheckFswatchIsAvailable()fails, therefore it runs the tests once and doesn't give an error message. This is the message that was given from runningfswatchin my Ubuntu 20 (WSL):
