Joke languages need improvement

Currently meme.po and pirate.po are very random and made up of various weird things. It would be great if those were simplified and the translations were simple but still joke languages. It is important to keep the original meaning of the translations intact, Some exceptions could be made, but the language should be similar. A great example is uwu.po.
