✅ Validation Notes
- Production Reliability
- Gerber files passed DFM checks at JLCPCB, may also passed by others.
- BOM/CPL fully compatible with JLCPCB SMT service, any other formats can be generated by KiCad 9.
- 3D models verified on A1/X1 Carbon/P1S/H2D (0.16mm layer height), if using other printers please use STEP files from /Model/Case directory and test yourself.
- If you order PCB via gerber files, use 1.2/1.6mm TG155 FR4 board.
- If you're hand-soldering the PCB, avoid using Sn42Bi58 low-temperature solder paste. Otherwise, under high-intensity use, it may lead to false soldering between the PCB and hot-swap sockets.
