Xcode 16+ runtimes workaround

• Fixed Xcodes crashing due to source key no longer being provided for Xcode 16+ runtimes at https://devimages-cdn.apple.com/downloads/xcode/simulators/index2.dvtdownloadableindex.
• Add support for downloading Xcode 16+ runtimes using URL patterns provided by https://developer.apple.com/services-account/QH65B2/downloadws/listDownloads.action (may require authentication).
