Review font manager, default fonts and split embedded fonts

• Add default font and default code font as system settings
• Split embedded fonts into a new package: Move embedded font faces away from FFI core package #53
• Deprecate #globalInstance and #resetGlobalInstance

Same number of tests are run (241) and there are no loading dependency warnings, so the package split and update in the baseline seem to be correct. This is the loading log now:
