This PR makes some minor UI changes in the Tab bar.
Rename 'Close Unmodified Tabs' option with 'Close Saved Tabs', because unmodified tabs could be easily misunderstood for unmodifed git tabs, which is not the case.

The 1st commit of this PR is reverted, because that introduced a bug because of which the dropdown was getting obscured by the tab bar. this cannot be fixed easily
