Changes for optional 3d side-by-side, parallel or crossed-eyes

  • defaults change nothing
  • key binding during game only:
    • i: toggle normal/3dsbs
    • o,p: interaxial change
  • only for GL renderer

If this is going to be accepted

  • same changes will be applied to the other renderers
  • diff is minimal, if-block restyling will be applied

Tested with small window and parallel eyes yet this is just great
