This PR updates the stubs for WordPress 6.8.2, released on 15 July 2025.
I reviewed the diff and found no relevant changes affecting the stubs apart from the addition of the
novalidatekey in the$argsarray forcomment_form(). The new optional array key is correctly detected by the visitor and added to the@phpstan-param array{...} $argstag with the appropriate typebool.
