This updates the documentation of SoapServer::addFunction() to reflect the PHP 8.4.0 deprecation of passing an int value, including SOAP_FUNCTIONS_ALL.
The parameters section now documents the deprecation, a changelog entry has been added, and the example has been updated to use get_defined_functions() as recommended in the migration guide.
