…Name` Interface is only directly implemented by the abstract class, no need to have a separate interface.
Make everything public for now
Also mark `FramelessFunctionInfo::$arity` readonly
Inline single-use variables, remove unneeded forward declarations
Remove blank lines at the start of functions, ensure there are spaces between parameters, split a long function call across multiple lines
