Adds validating search index:
Note that this change brings into attention the strange relationship between
IndexandSearchIndex. We probably need to renameIndexto something more appropriate and delegate t both index and SearchIndex from another service as the ValidatingSearchIndex depends on the Index and chickens and eggs.
