Fix tyephint on SelectStatement::$expr

If you try to parse a query like

SELECT CASE WHEN `VALUE` = 1 THEN `COLUMN_ONE` END;

you will see that SelectStatement::$expr is actually containing a CaseExpression and not an Expression.
