As of Sass 1.95.0, the Sass
if()function is deprecated in favor of native CSS conditionals. Using PicoCSS SCSS files raises a deprecation warning in projects that use newer Sass versions. This PR fixes the deprecation warning._modal.cssthat uses theif()function.This PR does not require rebuilding CSS files.
